火術 • Flame Suppression & Evacuation Protocol

Fire & Smoke Hazard

Evacuation, alarm triggers, and PASS extinguisher protocol

Alert & Trigger Alarm

Shout 'Fire!' loudly and smash the nearest manual call point glass to trigger building-wide siren.

Tactical Note: Do not attempt to collect laptops, bags, or personal valuables.

Evacuate via Fire Stairs

Proceed swiftly to the designated emergency exit stairs. Keep right to allow response crews to ascend.

Tactical Note: NEVER use elevators. If smoke is heavy, crawl low beneath the smoke line where air is cleaner.

Extinguish (Only If Small & Safe)

If fire is smaller than a trash can and exit is clear behind you, use PASS technique: Pull pin, Aim nozzle at base, Squeeze lever, Sweep side-to-side.

Tactical Note: If fire spreads or smoke turns dense black, abandon suppression immediately and evacuate.

Assemble at Central Lawn

Move directly to Assembly Point A on the Central Quadrangle. Keep 50+ meters away from glass curtain walls.

Tactical Note: Do not re-enter the building for any reason until all-clear is officially declared.

Report Missing Persons to Warden

Report head count and any known trapped persons to the Block Warden and call 101 / 112.

Tactical Note: Provide specific floor, room number, and last known timestamp.
